Justine Payton

Justine Payton is the administrative coordinator of HEAL Trafficking, and has been a part of the HEAL team since 2021. Justine has over a decade of experience working with non-profit organizations, from local to national and international levels of impact. She is inspired by organizations, like HEAL, that utilize an interdisciplinary approach to create a more equitable, sustainable and progressive world, and prioritize solutions that empower individuals while supporting the diversity of race, gender, and socioeconomic status. Justine earned her dual degrees in international studies and economics from American University, and currently lives in Jacksonville, Florida, where she writes, plays the ukulele and spends time hiking in nature.
