HEAL Trafficking has submitted its 2025 Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Report in response to the U.S. Department of State’s request for information. As part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen the healthcare sector’s response to trafficking, HEAL began gathering data in January 2025 from our network of over 5,500 professionals and human trafficking survivors across more than 50 countries.
The report compiles insights from respondents in North America, Africa, South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia, highlighting both the barriers to providing healthcare for trafficked persons and the strengths of various national responses. While individual responses may not be fully representative of each country, they provide valuable perspectives on the challenges and opportunities in anti-trafficking healthcare efforts.
We invite you to explore the full report to gain a deeper understanding of the intersection of health and human trafficking worldwide.
