Jim Lasher

Jim Lasher is Chief Financial Officer of North Coast Community Homes, a non-profit organization in Cleveland, Ohio. NCCH develops and maintains safe, affordable, high quality community housing for individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and other disabilities. Previously, he was CFO and Chief Operating Officer at the Elevation Group of Companies, a sports marketing, music management, and event planning company for 13 years. Prior to that, Mr. Lasher was the CFO for Belkin Productions, a prominent live music promoter and production company in Cleveland, Ohio, which operates today as Live Nation. Mr. Lasher has served on the boards of several non-profits, including Docs for Tots, an organization that fosters connections between young children’s doctors, policymakers, and early childhood practitioners. He has also served as Treasurer on the Board of Trustees for Benedictine High School and for PetFix of Northeast Ohio. PetFix of Northeast Ohio provides high quality, affordable spay/neuter surgeries to end pet homelessness and the need for unnecessary euthanasia. Mr. Lasher has extensive experience and expertise in the areas of Executive Strategic Leadership, Financial, Operations, Information Technologies, Human Resources, Management, and Organizational Start-Ups. He earned his B.S. in Accounting from Miami University (OH).
