Vicki Rosenthal
Vicki Rosenthal, MSW, prior secretary of the Board of Directors and Founding Co-Chair of the HEAL Advocacy Initiative, is a social impact visual artist who advances advocacy through authentic art. This artist creates custom art products through distinctive designs on apparel, public art exhibitions and installations, and art workshops with a focus on social responsibility, social change, empathy, and equity. Additionally, she invests 10% of net profits back to grassroots causes for artwork sold.
In her childhood, Vicki learned various art forms and techniques, but always painted for pleasure. In higher education, she received a Fine Arts Department Honors Scholarship and earned a master’s degree in Social Work. With this qualification, she worked for a Haitian-based nonprofit for HIV/AIDS education and organizations for anti-human trafficking. She taught and developed macro social work curriculum at Florida Atlantic University, and all the while continuing to create art projects and paintings. In 2018, her social work focus and art talent came together to form Vicki Rosenthal Art. Her life and work experiences provided the combined learnings to launch a cohesive social impact art business.
