HEAL Trafficking comments to the NY State Department of Health on proposed regulations

February 18, 2019 – HEAL Trafficking submitted comment to the NY State Department of Health on proposed regulations to implement NY Public Health Law § 2805-y requiring hospitals and other health care facilities to establish and implement policies and training of health care and security personnel to identify, refer, and/or treat patients who may be impacted by human trafficking.
