Awareness Without Re-Exploitation: Empowering Approaches to Sharing the Message About Human Trafficking

Based on the experiences of survivor leaders and long-term advocates in the
anti-trafficking movement, this article seeks to provide information that will assist victims
and survivors, social-service agencies, and media in telling the story of human trafficking in a
more empowering manner
