“We conduct innovative field research that takes a rights-based approach in order to understand the constraints and obstacles faced by these marginalized populations and to discern possibilities for release and empowerment. We deploy a range of methods derived from public health and law, social science and humanities. We work with local partners and with the children, adolescents, youth and families in the design and piloting of positive interventions.”
